Time to beef up

Time to boost up the distance?

Public runs are picking up around the region and i getting excited, but my stamina isnt there to take advantage of it.

Maybe it is my inexperience with running community that i didnt maintain the stamina i have gained painfully a few months back. Anyway, i just need to boost up abit(i hope) what i have left off a few months back.

I just need to get some long run about 30km to get my confident back. Didnt i finished a 30km run 2 weeks back for the World Harmony Run? That is different, i could have walked 30km for World Harmony Run, bcos the time taken to complete the run is sooo long.

I think my kneecap(right) is holding pretty decent, though a bit sore, but after last week runs without the knee strap give me the confident that the knee is working towards the right direction in recovery. Just have to take the time and take care of it.

Should i or should i not? go for a 30km run for the next couple of weeks?
