Real Run Aftermath
thighs and leg muscles are slightly sore. Guess not enough training on the sand or the training in the gym didnt cover much of the muscles required for the event. Anyway, slight sore is good as muscle will grow from there.
Woke up this morning, muscles abit arching, but okay lah. Lunch time go gym, dont push so much lah...nevertheless also have to put in effort or else no point going to the gym...
Evening, went for swim lesson at Queenstown. I have to go lah, need training or else saturday Aquathlon sure gonna suffer. Nevermind if my body isnt feel good, but mentally is good. Training is good, my arms are tired, muscles get worsen but i feel pretty okay with it.
Maybe i am seow, like pain...haha....
