Eager To Go
It is edging towards SCSM 05. Mileage have to push up & hopefully i can hold back before bursting forward in hugh steps.
Mon - Morn(Gym- Cycling), Aft(Gym- Weights)
Tue - Morn(Gym- Weights), Eve(Pacing 8km, other 4km)
Wed - Morn(Gym- Stair Master/Cross Trainer), Aft(Gym- Weights)
Thur - Morn(Gym- Cycling), Eve(slow 4km, other 3km)
Fri - Morn(Gym- Weights), Eve(MR 10.5km)
Sat - Morn(East Coast LSD 22km), Aft(runner clinic)
Sun - Rest
My body is abit tired. But my heart wanting to do more. Reminded myself to slow down and get myself accustomed to before moving up the mileage next week again. Weekly, Total Run Distance, 51.5km
Went for Runers Day on saturday. Meet up with Mythos, Tiwazz, Brokenrunner and Bee. I saw but didnt know they are Pre, Cheeryrunner Wildcat and Philip. It was a useful event which give me a bit more indepth knowledge about certain expect of training and runnings.
