max distance for scsm 05
another week down, another week closer to scsm 05.
Training Log
Mon - Gym(cycle), Gym(Weight)
Tue - Gym(Stairmaster/Cross T), Gym(weight), Stadium circuit(6km)
Wed - Gym(Cross T), Gym(Weight), Ulu Pandan(12km) with sgrunners
Thurs - Gym(stretching), Ulu Pandan(6km)
Fri - Gym(Cycle)
Sat - Run(36km) Kallang-Zouk
Sun - Vertial at Toa Payoh (3 sets of 40 stories)
Total Weekly Mileage: 60km
Week start rather slow. Mid week running with sgrunners - Westside Run - I is interesting. LSD on saturday is shiok. I think that is the max distance i will covered for scsm 05 preparation. It was nice running with Francis and we motivate each other along as we run finish the distance.
First 17km is 1:53hr, next 19km is 2:01hr with 10mins break between the 2 distances. I would have finished the 42km if required, but i just doesnt want to push till that distance. or else not much meaningful already.
Sunday Vertiay Training at Toa Payoh is alright, with Balasing, Brokenrunner, Tiwazz joining me for the climb. Yankee is there 2, but he is doing his run, so he just came over and kapoh....
I finished 3 sets today as my body is telling me to stop.....hmmmm.....

1) 5:12min
2) 5:21min
3) 5:33min (15 storey run, the rest walk up)
paisei lah...tired...maybe because of saturday 36km run.
