D-Week minus 1 to SCSM

Mon: Gym(Cycle), Gym(Weights)
Tue: MR(10.5k)
Wed: Gym(Cross)
Thur: Gym(Cycle)
Fri: Gym(Cross), Gym(cycle/swim)
Sat: 10k
Sun: Rest
Total Distance: 20.5km
P/S: There is a muscle ache on the left knee, slightly below/behind the knee after tuesday run. I am injure. It ache when i do a slow jog or exercise. Saturday try to run(8min/km), abit arching throughout the run. Sigh....wonder whether SCSM will be a possibility?
