Sheares Bridge & Army Half Marathon (21km)

Vertical Marathon 2005 (Raffles City 72 Storey)
Standard Chartered Marathon 2005 (42.195km)
Completed 2 Full Marathons in a calendar year have been a challenge and enjoyable experiences. Injuries start to creeping in as training intensity improves. 
Getting to know more running enthusiast along the way, have make the journey more adventurous.
Home 2005
Dad had left us. It's painful as well as a relieve for everybody. A stroke have hurt him a few years back. Thoroughout these years, his health have deteriorate along. Finally he was released from his agony in March. No matter which direction his soul travel, our memory and wishes will go along with him.
Jeremy and Joyce have a daughter, Alex and Slyvia got hitched. I am still a married man. Baby have to wait lah.

Kc, i dont think u recognise myself. We have met at KL Marathon 05, briefly at the starting with the rest of the Penguins.
