Slacking - Week?
It is getting difficult to run. Speed is slowing down. Feel like a case of too much for the body. Have to slow down a bit and hopefully it will fresher up soon.
Have a 10km time trial on Monday, Tuesday went for blood donation, Wednesday a 40 climb storeys@Toa Payoh time trial. Thursday swimming, Friday and Saturday "resting". Sunday, Singapore Biathlon & World Harmony Run.
Mon-Gym(cross trainer), Run(10km)
Tue-Gym(cycle), Gym(Weights)
Wed-Gym(Cross trainer), Climb(40 storeys)
Thur-Gym(Cycle/1.6km run), Gym(weights), Swim
Fri - Gym(Cross trainer/1.6Km run)
Sat - Rest
Sun - Singapore Biathlon(1.5km swim/10km run), World Harmony Run(10km)
Total Mileage: 33.2km
