Mission Abort - Polling Day

06 May 06 = Polling Day

The day of reckoning? There are no doubt who is going to win the election But how much the margin going to be. Time will tell.

The first election, that i can get to vote. I am suppose to vote in Punggol - Paris Ris GRC. I went to the poll around 1:30pm. Upon reaching i realised that i forget to bring my IC I came back again around 6:30pm.

This morning i went to East Coast for a run. There are a few runs over this weekend, but i decided to do the run on my own, as my condition great, in fact i am feeling the strain on the muscle and i have reservation that i can do anything LONG, although i would love to do 20+km today.

I started the run around 6:05am from Ford Road carpark, By the time i reached Macdonald, the heart is no longer desire to run.

I leave the HRM, watch in the car and try to do my run with the heart. I want to try something different today. Enjoy another aspect of running. During the run, my heartrate was pretty high, even though the speed is slow and i suddenly feeling hungry. I dont know why i am felling this? I have gone through the normal bulitup and why am i feeling this way today?

I stopped at Macdonald area, went to 7-11, brought a drink with a couple of milo"snicker" walk to the seaside, sit on the beach and munch the food. I couldn't believe it, i am actually do this

After resting there for a period of time, i decided to walk back to Ford road.

Well, i rest to run on another day.
