Another Real Run week
The week start with a 12 sets of staircase climbing on Monday, MF 1 big + 2 small loops on Tuesday, another 10 sets of staircase on Wednesday. Saturday, 20km in MR and Sunday Real Run.
Apart from the weekday Mon-Fri(minus Thur) morning cycle, plus Tue & Thur weights in the afternoon, i have to rest, either planned or unplanned.
My left ankle feel good, but my left knee starts to show sign of old injury. I have to run with kneeguard on Sat and Sun as not to aggravate the injury further. Better be caution and get injury.
