Stop Sign
How to slow down? You have been training weekly with certain loads(intensity and quantity) and suddenly you are force to slow down. Is it injury or is it something big is coming up and tapering is the prime time.
Last few days, i can feel the left knee is more or less showing clearly signs that it has injure or on the verge of injury. Sigh...Life still goes on rain or shine....:(
My training for last week or so are pretty okay. Didnt do too much. Think about it, did i slack too much that it will affect the coming weekend? Let hope not.
I am still not use to slow down.
