Less Run = healthy run tomorrow
Since SCSM, the mileage have been low. One is the weather, the other is i am slacking. 3rd is that i know i am going through a recovery pharse after SCSM, no point pushing too much and risk getting injury over the course. Next is that i am suppose to be tapering down for Ultra.
I have learned, running without injury is the most crucial element of enjoying the run. No matter how fast or how far you are doing. There is no compensation if you get injury prior to a major event. The sum(reward) just don't make up the difference. So relax and take a back sit.
Well, there is always another run tomorrow. It is true, the aim is to have a healthy run tomorrow.
