Interval on Bike
Miss Thursday MF run due to rain and feeling agitated. Friday is going to be a relax day anyway and i decided to do some interval on stationary bike in the morning.
Did 10 mins on level 4 as warmup. Ram up to Level 12 for a 30 seconds before lowering it back to level 4 for a recovery pace. It was good to have that burst. At the interval of 5 mins, did another burst for 40-45 seconds period. Total 5 sets are completed over 40 mins exercise. The last set was the killer, i was out of breath. Abit overstretched this time! The result show i am clearly out of shape! I didn't realise i am not bad.....*sob*.....
Shall do more interval on bike in future!
