It has been quite a while since i joined MF for run. It seems like ages ago, that i ran with them! Time flies.....and stamina drop! What do you expect if you slack and eat!
Monday did a cross trainer for 40mins in the morning. It has been awful long time since i went up one of the machine. Somehow due to the circumstance, i decided to take cross trainer for a ride today.
In the afternoon i did some weights. Can feel the stress as body try to adapt again. Evening time, went across to Clementi to join the slackers for a chit chat swim! It is a good monday for me to ease into.
Today morning, did a 40mins cycle. This is more like the start of a typical day! I decide to skip the lunch exercise as i expect the run with SAFRA is going to be tough.
Although CBD tonight have a Nike folks coming down to showcase their latest products, but i have decide to skip this run instead of MF.
The run tongiht is to run from clubhouse up morse road and do 4 sets of MF loop & 3 sets of staircase climbing. The engine today seems okay. A bit of struggling in the middle, but overall a decent effort.
The legs are slight sore now, i hope it you will go away soon enough.
