GREAT week!
Crazy is an understatement that descibe the days since i came back from Hong Kong Marathon.
This week was exceptional bad. Not much time to do ANYTHING! Even sleep is deprived!
Monday to Friday, Run - 3km. Swim - 20mins, Cycle 40+30mins. Weights - 20mins. What the hell have happened?
The body is aching now from yesterday short weight session. I can feel the stress even with lighter weights. Not comfortable with the run, even though doing it at a slow pace!
Cold shower back home(Niece/nephew spolit the water heater)! Car broke down on the highway! Life is just GREAT!
Tomorrow is Singapore Biathlon.... I can feel the agony i am going to go through...*shiver*
Sigh...life still goes on!
