H- ride

Start the day with a "hill terrain" cycle in the gym for 45mins.

I could recall the last time when i use "hill" mode, it was not much of a kick as i put the Resistance too low. This time round, i put up a couple of notch up that the last and indeed the kick is felt! Haha....

Maybe first time doing at this level, last only 20mins nia, before having to lower the resistence a bit to finish the cycle. The Up/Down cycle mode does have its advantage and disadvantages. I enjoy the cycle.

Afternoon went for weights instead of a swim(as intended). The sun was pretty hot and didn't want to get barbecue! Haha....Good workout!
