mid week blue
Didn’t get to hit the bike today, as all the available bike are occupied…:( No choice, hit the cross trainer this morning. Did 40mins of it, feeling pretty good.
Last Saturday & Tuesday (yesterday) run, I am feeling pretty good with the running. I enjoy the run and with good pace as well. Seldom have I felt good about the run, but the last 2 runs have been satisfactory. There are up and down with running – some day you feel strong, other days you feel like what the F am I doing! I hope this is not just flash in a pan! I think it is only a matter of time – what goes UP will COME down.

Manage to go over to SP for workout. Not really wanna do track workout as i going to treat it as a drill workout.
I did 2km(or rather 5 rounds of 5th lane) as warm up. Follow by a few rounds of drill workout. I am working on my insteps running as well as lifting my legs. Run about 1-200 meters and start to walk. It was okay initially and progressively get a bit of stress behind the right heel as well as ball of the foot.
I think i did around 4 - 5 rounds, before calling it aday.
Bath and have a good chat with Tiwazz and Cheow.
