Burn, Makali, ouching Monday
Woke up with sore throat. The feeling suck especially on a Monday morning.
Proceed to go for gym as usual. Hit the bike for 45 mins. Didn't feel that great this morning, maybe due to the throat or is it the fat-loading over the weekend! I don't know which is the actual cause but i definitely put on some weights. Went up the weighing machine before the workout, it read 0.5kg heavier...:) Wonder how long it gonna take me to burn off those extras...brb
My complexion have chao tao even worst than prior to the weekend. It is not that i have good complexion in the first place. Now i have an even makali colour....haha....later colleague going to suan me again...haha...:)

It was a half effort gym during lunch. I didn't realise how weak the body is until i hit the weights.
You might feel good, but the weights don't lie! I have deliberately reduce the weights and the first set of any exercise is a good struggle. The body, it seems, is very rusty and the aching is a unexpected.
The back, thighs and even shoulders are aching. I acknowledge that my back is aching, but not thighs and shoulders. It came as a surprise when it hits me. Right shoulder like kena bruised! I took me a long while, until i realise it is due to the carrying of kayak for washing yesterday, where i use a bit more strength than usual since i am balancing 1 arm with kayak, the other hand with paddles and water bottle...:p
Don't really want to push it today, just do enough to keep the engine warm will do. Anyway, the gym is packed as well. Take it easy and survive to do it on another day.

Cham si... I was aching all over today as well. But thanks to my ultra-liberal use of sunblock, am still as pale as ever! haha :P
