Spurting Engine
Engine still works with occasional spurting. It seems like the body is getting weaker. Coughing now, sore throat still irritates at least can swallow saliva w/o pain, both eyes are abit "dirty". Left eye experience blur vision in the morning and auto correct itself after a few minutes. Something is not right at the moment, at least it doesn't feel good early the morning when all these dawn on you when you do your morning "body" check.
Calves still ache abit, maybe due to yesterday evening run. Hit the bike for 50 mins. It was a mind vs body kind of workout again. Legs are feeling jaded and the mind keep telling, forget about it lah..just stop and slack...rest to "fight" on another day...Sigh...minds are getting weak....
It seems like the last 10km of the 42km event. You have nothing or not much left. The road still long ahead. 1 step at a time. Slowing i "crawl" or in this case paddle to the end of the 50 mins.
I believe it is not the good time that indicates how you will fare in an event. It is the bad day whereby you grit your teeth and pull it through that determine at a baseline how you will do in an event.

Have a good session of weights session during Lunch. Engine doesn't seem to spurt. Maybe body have recover...Yah right...cough...cough...:(
MSN with a friend and get an answer, i have been looking for a long time. I have been asking around, nobody know(since not many people have the courage to attempt it before). I ask 1 person that is familiar, he refuse to tell me giving very vague answer! I shouldn't have ask the person! Not that i don't expect him to do that, typical of him for looking down on people anyway. I just curious to know mah. I am going to put the information to good use. Should be interesting. Yah
