Why People Leave their work

There are 101 reasons why people leave the company!

I was asked why am i working in the same company for the past 6 years? I am also seeking the reasons why am i working in a place, that i see very little opportunity to progress forward!

I appreciate the hands that feed all these years. I will like to assume i give back 150% or more than what is require from me.

Things that are not break, don't fix it? Well, there is a need to view why things are not break at the first place!

I need a fresh challenge.
