Drown while Canoe in Seletar Reservoir?

Body not found yet, will continue the search tomorrow.

The last i went to rent a canoe, they didnt even ask whether you are certify to use the equipments! They don't even ask me whether i know how to swim!

In short, everybody can rent a canoe! I do not know, but i think there is a need to review this before accidents forced upon us to act. Which to me is way too late!
