Pains for kops?

HP rang at 5:25am! It is an SMS that reads " LIVERPOOL" from an ex-colleague.

Woke me up from my sleep! $@#$@#. Wait! the match today meh? Aiyoh, just a bit more to my official wake up, so drag myself out of bed and switch on the TV outside.

This is my reply SMS, 2 mins later to my colleague "Thanks for waking me up! Haha. Penalty"

It rains again! This is bad, I have better put in contingency plan for morning workout for the rest of this week, going by the current weather behaviour.

Fortunately today is biking in the gym and it didn't affect my workout. Had a 45 mins session today, as i am slightly late today due to the wet weather and driving is abit slow.

It was a normal bike session. Did a warm down, stretch and cool down and suddenly realise that both underside of the kneecap are hurting! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........what happen? Cannot be ba, so coincident that both side, same spot, get injure? Maybe it is blue black that i kena yesterday and didn't realised it! As we are doing more workout, we are more aware of the small pains here and there in our body and tend to get paranoid. Hopefully this is the case here. Fingers crossed.

I am back from the gym. Abit lethargic today, i do not know why. There isn't much enthusiasm within either. One of those day whereby i wish it is a non-workout lunch break.

The ache by the side of the knee is still there. I have taken a closer examination, even request my ou xia to take a look, nothing seems amiss! It is painful when you massage the area. Sigh......

Somehow i still sore over yesterday morning matter. I need to calm down and move on.

I was over at Yishun for my fourth lesson. Today was slightly better, as i have a friend that generously help me to break my boredom. Thank you. Thou shalt not forget your deed.

There is still slight pain when i touch the injure knee...Sob....ahhhh....................................
