Right - CMI
It is good to be back on the bike. A good 55 mins this morning. Give the thighs a good workout. It do seems that the right thigh are abit stressed than its left neighbour.
Would love to push up a little bit at the end, but can feel the right thigh like CMI leow, so have to be caution with FARKS looming tomorrow.
The stretch after workout was abit tough. Can feel the right side like CMI leow. Die lah! I didn't do any too siong major exercise over the start of this week! This is more like a routine workouts. Probably it is the accumulation of the past few weeks workouts and the body are showing signs of weariness. Sigh....:(
Let see how the body behave later. Might have to change plan for tomorrow....:(

Lunch meeting. Also good lah, at least have legitimate reason not to go gym! Getting slack by each day...chiam....:(
