A 5/6 Swim
Have a 5/6(based on eyes sight degree) swim today. The pool is very quiet today. The auntie and uncle must be having holiday with their grandchildren! Hehe....
The goggle is PERFECT today. No need to adjust until the last lap, whereby one stroke + one twist a little too strong and cause some slippage of water...hehe...
It was a relax swim. I feel good after the first 2/3 hundreds. Didn't really power through, just cruising along and deep in my thoughts.
It was one of those day, where the pace is just nice as you move along effortlessly(cruise control). Not much crowd in the water and you swim on and on.
I reluctantly stop myself after 2.5km swim. It was an enjoyable 1:08 hr swim. Pace is just nice and i start to appreciate those days whereby i ran alone during my early running days. Slow pace, deep in thoughts and only Me and myself out in the darkness/rain/sunny/hilly/cooling route.
How nice it will be like that every week! Dream On.....:)

Lunch with L & D
Had a heavy Jap lunchie. Pui leow lah. :( Don't know can run in the evening or not...:p
I have 2 colleagues that are leaving, so i have ask them out for a lunch. I couldn't recall when or if i ever have lunch with either one of them before! Hehe...oh yeah, i remember have dinner with one of them many months back! Hehe.... That show how anti-social i have become!
It was a good lunch with discussion on various subjects. I miss those days, whereby a group of friends can sit down for hours and talk about anything under the sun/moon !!!
Went over to Post Office and collect a registered mail. It has been pending for quite a while now. Haha...Talk about different era, different policy. The parcel was delivered to my home, i wasn't there and they sent it to my neighbour post office, leaving a note behind. I login through the web and request a redirect to my office nearby post office for collection! It could definitely not be possible in the past!
The registered mail is a watch from the army for my retirement(ROD) from NS. It came 1 year + after my completion! I heard from my colleague it is a "branded" watch! I have no idea though! The watch might came late. But better late than never right!

IMD
What could IMD stand for? Haha...definitely not our friend Ben! I shalt not reveal here, but if anyone can think of the mystery, let me know!
It was a good turnout today. Some knew about the Interval at Esplanade, some don't. Hehe...
We ran to Esplanade stop at Sheares Bridge. We did 4 sets of 1km Interval.
I did 3:33 min, 3:32 min, 3:26 min, 3:19 min.
I don't think the distance is 1 km long based on the timing i clocked. After reviewing, i feel the distance should be 900 meters.
I hope everyone enjoy the run as much as i do. Till next time, run careful.
