Ninja Swim
It is time to go into the "jungle" and learn how to calm oneself down and focus on the Penang event.
Have a swim this morning. A relax swim of 2.5km in 1:05hr. 2km mark in 52 mins. I could have gone further as i was feeling very fresh. Not to push it, due to time constraint and with Penang event on top of the mind currently.
I need to go for stroke correct and drill sessions soon. Speed is not improving and i am still damn slow somemore...Need to work on it after Penang event.

Have been deliberating where to run tonight. Location, distance & terrain. More or less on it, unless there is a change somewhere. It is Ninja time. Need to focus and have a slow short run tonight.

Ninja Lunch
Suppose to me a friend for lunch. Didn't get confirmation despite various SMS.
Drive around aimlessly following the flow of traffic with no particular interest where to have lunch. It has been a long time since i do that, drive on the road, looking at the traffic, people, the surrounding and following the flow.
I reached a popular shopping center and decide that i need to try out the Korean food at the footcourt. So disappointing, the food isn't up to the standard! I used to eat there quite some time back, it is of pretty good standard, now it have drop to almost Zero leow....:(
Life is so disappointing tough. You win some, you lose some.
I went for a quick lookout near the foodcourt and saw something soo....remember me of childhood days...hehe....FMFIHS.

Ninja Run
Start the run at 7:15pm at my old training ground. The last time i start the run from this ground in the evening was 2 years ago. It was abit strange to do the run again.
It was a short 8km+ in <50mins>
