Ouch - another one
Morning Swim
A warm morning to start the swim. Have problem with the goggles again. Damn it, just when you think you have finally get the hang of it, it strike again! Spent quite a fair bit of time adjusting the goggle as i swim along. It was frustrating.
I decide to go with breaststroke for this session, just wanna get the body use to it, since i be using mostly breaststroke in the sea. From the beginning, feel abit chuan(not unexpected due to the BD), then feel the ache at the right shin(not expected!). It get progressively worsen, the shin start from ache to pain! Shit! I have never experience shin problem in the swim before. I push on, hoping the pain will subside. Alas, it didn't. I was worry and decided to switch to freestyle and stop at 1km.
Fortunately the pain subsided after a couple of hundred meters in freestyle. I feel much better and continue the slow swim to finish 2km this morning in a very slow timing of 56mins. I have not gone under 2km per swim since i started morning swim, it is good to continue the traditional.
Swim is a good time to reflect on alot of stuffs. Quite a few things happened recently and i do not how to handle the matters. The easy way is to escape and treat it as "no see evil", "dun know and dun care". Maybe i do care! Shit, i going to get myself in a mess again. Must resist it! Can i?

A good lunch with a friend that works nearby that is moving on. It is always good to catch up and update on the latest events. Hopefully come 2nd Dec, he will be lining up at Padang at 6am.
Shin no long hurts after the swim, the bottom of the feet still have minor ache though. Walking careful not to over strain the foot.
I going to SIN once again. Total unexpected, but i going to do it anyway. There are time, when emotion take over the mind. Whatever the outcome, this one is for you.

Spinning
The foot isnt good enough for a run. So i went over to Vivocity PF for a Spin. I would have love to go over to Suntec PF, unfortunately circumstance do not allow.
The instructor(Winshi) on her chop chop conduct her class. Her style is different from RAM(which i experienced at Caltex). One thing she did the Spin with the class.
It was a big pool of water underneath the bike. Keke....
Try to go for a run on the threadmill as i feel good. Alas the foot give me problem immediately. Have to cut short the run, only managed to go 200 meters! Haha....i just not really to take risk and aggravate the injury!
