Tomorrow 4D 1st prize...Huat lah!

A windy early morning when i reach the pool. Do have sign of imminent rains, or maybe not.

My swim pacer uncle today is not here. First time i didn't see him. The rest of the regular swim kaki are here. Swim is okay, completed 2.5km this morning. Still have plenty in the tank if require. Body feel okay, nothing much to be alram of.

The pimple or rather acne on my right eyebrow have not subside yet. It has been almost like close to a week now, very frustrating. Sunday, sis even asked me what happened you seem "botak" up there! Lucky it didn't affect the vision this morning as i use the TYR goggle.

Feeling hungry during the swim, wonder why. Time to feast. It is the time again...hahahaa.....

Rambutan Run

It was suppose to be a fun run. It was spoilt when someone is not co-operative. Sigh...the end.

Thanks to the invisible Rambutan person, we have rambutan makan at the end of the run...hehe...
