It is going to be brick in brick out for the next few weeks until the events are over.
Based on the dates, the training schedule is tight. I don't have much room for manoeuvre. I have to make every brick training session counts.
Today brick is a good workout. I get to put some bike mileage on road and get a feel to bike/run outside the controlled environment.
Most of my SPIN class end with a run on the treadmill to get a feel on the transition. I am more or less getting my body use to it.
Today brick transition is pretty standard. First couple of km, struggling a bit, subsequently body warm up and normal service resume.
Will put on more bike and run distance for subsequent brick. Time to Dig Deep(DD).

Legs start to ache. Is it the run yesterday? brick this morning? Accumulation over the weeks?
There is no rest day since 20 days ago? Shall see when/where can squeeze a rest day. Hmm...
