Puffer Fish
A Chinese Puffer fish was spotted at the pool this morning...:)
It is a young chinese man with a very hugh tummy spotted swimming in the pool...the first thought is a puffer fish.....:)

It was a long evening yesterday. I left office for the 2nd time at 11:40pm, reached office this morning at 5:40am. I was tried with insufficient sleep.
After yesterday non workout day, i was abit careful and dare not push the pace. I started off very slow and enjoy the swim for the first half. 2nd half is back to normal pace. Ended the 2km swim in 53mins.
I have to rush back to office thus the shorter swim.
Going to be a long day ahead.

8/12 SPIN.
Have you drop the water bottle? Haha...Nope...it just a small puddle of waters under the bike!...
Feel the stress on the run after the bike session. Stop immediately didn't push further.
I need rest.
