Plain Vanilla
It is nice to be back in the pool. Back at the normal routine. Changes is good, at times, plain vanilla is as equally good.
It was a decent effort in the pool for the first 2km. No chiong, just routine sets. Feel a bit odd about the slow pace though. Maybe body still full of energy after the bringing down or lack of mileage over the past days. Pacer uncle chasing after me, i feel, at the last few laps of 2km. Abit buay tahan, so switch to breast stroke for the last 500 meters and he didn't see any daylights between us after that.
Finished 2.5km in 1:03hr. Felt abit strain on the right groin area after switching to froggie. The past couple of weeks, the groins area are feeling slight strains...chiam lah...dunno how... Desaru just 4 days away. :(
