squabbling ride
The German couple that cycle with me on most days decided to have a rift this morning. Sitting next to them isn't a good thing. Trying to ignore than quarrel is challenging. Tunnel Mode On. I just want to do my workout!
It was a good wet session. Lowest gear and maintain on 80 rpms for 50 mins. Body still not use to 80 rpms cadence. It is too late leow anyway and hope for the best.

In a small gym, after a while, you tend to know all the regular faces. Along the way, i get to know some of them. I am a slow warmer in the gym. I go in for workout, not for social purpose. I seldom chat with anyone, unless i know the person.
Today i am in a mood to chat. I am on tapering mode, thus do not wish to push too much. Slow and light weight for this weight session. Take the opportunity to catch up with some of the regular at the gym.
Slacker Mode. On.

No workout is definitely more difficult than the reverse. No choice have to control myself.
