Aviva 70.3 - Minus 1

A long day for a pre race day.


Went for a quick cycle at ECP this morning(30mins). First thing i noticed was the ass sensation! Somehow the ass remember the "pain" in Desaru! Haha. Next the legs find if slightly tough on higher gear. Wow, must get use to it! It took a while, but it went pretty well.


Head over to ECP for the 2nd time to check in the bike. Saw many familiar faces. Have a great but short time chatting with some of the them.


Caught a movie. It was a nice and cute show. I enjoy it.


Carbo loading at Swensen. The quality was poor. Sigh.


Came home and pack barang barang for tomorrow.


Time to head for bed. Tired.
