Slacking ....:)
The ache have subside on the surface. Internally still need a day or two to clear.
Hit the bike in the morning. A good 50 mins of low intensity with 80 rpm in mind.
The thighs are slightly tight this morning. Did a few stretches before calling it a day.
Slacking time....:)
