3-IN-1

Last evening was trying out the foam roller. Ouch...Tia ahhh.......!!!!! Chiam leh. Last time try it not that painful leh, yesterday was ouching here and there. Even sweetheart come out and look at pathetic tigger and say "You Ask For It!". So sad, no TLC and kena suan! *sob sob*.

Head to the pool for a swim this morning. It was an okay swim as a whole. Completed 3km in 1:17hr feeling fine. Get a cramp on the penultimate lap. I just couldn't understand it, i was doing well and suddenly a tweak of a muscle and the right foot seize up. I switch to breast stroke and slowly kick forward until it auto recovery before completed the lap.

I wasn't intend to stop and massage/rest when it seize up, as i want to experience and get use to this kind of issue which might pop up anytime during event. I am glad that it happen so that i can learn from it.

************************************************************************************* Hit the gym during noon time. It has been a long time since i took on the rowing machine. After some mandatory stretching and exercises, try out the rowing machine for 30 mins.

Both the hip bones hurts! maybe it is because of the saddle. It wasn't that tough, i clocked around 6km+ slacker pace. When i come up from the saddle, the back was so SNG. Weak back or back not season enough. Anyway it is only 30mins(phew!).

I must find out what rowing help, i heard it aids on swimming. Hmm....another cardio outlet.

Hand have blister, kena because of the rowing session.

Head for the gym in the evening for a SPIN. Did a warm up cycle for 30mins, feeling pretty okay. In the class, after 15mins, right knee start to show sign of pain. Sigh... Have to reduce the resistance and take it easy.

Thought about cutting lost and leave the class, as i don't want to aggravate the knee anymore. Alas if i left, how about the bike, i still need to put it back! So, no choice and endure through the session. It was one of the easiest SPIN i have so far! So disappointed, i didn't bother to do anything else after the class, head straight for shower.
