Overdue Rest
I was feeling bad after last workout. Knee wasn't that bad, just that i am being paranoid. I guess i have been through few rounds of injury that a slight ache/pain, i treat it more serious than other. I making more provision to "recover". Typically i am a Kiasi person.
Thanks for the concern and well wishes, i am okay. Even though my calves thighs and legs are aching now. It is not because i have went for a run/cycle this morning, but rather ...... okay, i didn't rest to recover as i am "suppose" to. What i did was i brought my foam roller to the gym. :P
Yes, i did my morning session in the gym classroom with foam roller. Did stretches and play with the foam roller. Even using body weight is hard on certain portion of the muscle. I guess those that ache are sore points and need more attention. An hour of self "massage" or is it "torture", was stressful at times! I can feel myself gasping for air! Perspiring as well! It is tough to roll on the mat, have to use quite a fair bit of arm, core muscles to balance and slowly rolling along!
I am sored, when i finished. Can feel the body aches. Mechiam like went for a massage. I hope it is good for me. :p
P/S: Even walking up the staircase to reach office is a chore. :p
No workout for the rest of the day. It wasn't plan anyway. The muscle ache! Likewise so do the elbow! I think i rub it didn't during this morning session and the skin was bruised and it hurts! Especially during bathing! Ouch! Ouch!
Rest to go further. *roll eyes*
