Rest is to go further?
Head for Coastal road after visiting Bing.
The intent is to do a ride for 7hrs.
I was too optimistic. I should have know better? Or i ignore the fact that this isn't possible advisable given the current circumstance?
I wore knee length CWX, first time doing this on the bike. I hope the CWX pant will prevent the knee from further injure. Knee problem are normally associate with running and not on the bike. Maybe with CWX, i should be able to pull through the bike session.
It was a busy evening in Changi. Totally different from early morning. Quite a few cars parked at the road side watching planes - flying and landing. 2 stretch of road works make it challenging for the bike ride.
1st loop(20km) in 56mins. During 2nd loop, the knee sng. Sigh. As times goes on, every paddle is like stressing on the knee. It was frustrating to say the least. It wasn't much of a deliberation to stop the workout. If i am to continue to pound on the road for a few more hours, i can't imagine what kind of damage to the knee will be!
Completed the 2nd loop, 1:52hr in total and stopped.
Rest is to go further? let me try another approach first, before i let you know.
At least i own myself an attempt before decide to slack rest.
