Countdown to Busselton
This is it, the so called Tapering have officially kick in for now. My tapering is 3 weeks prior to the event. In between 3rd - 2nd week is the transition week whereby will keep the body well oiled with shorter distance.
Now is the start of the 2 weeks count down. All training(Major) will have to stop, but a few keys workout still have to maintain.
Next weekend LSD on run/bike have to maintain. About 2 hours each session have to allow for. Swim session of 3km+ must be adhere to.
It will be race pace for whatever workouts(swim/bike/run) i will be doing. Have to control the pace, hopefully no distraction.
Finger crossed - No Injury

I just realised today that i need VISA for Aussie trip! Haha...lucky with my black friend assistance, manage to get an Online VISA for Aus$20 for 1 year. So cool that the Aussie have such facilities and save me a trip down to Embassy!
I have no idea where am i on other matters!

Tigger shall put on weight during IM :p
It is going to be a long day during IM. What every carbo loading or food intake is not going to be enough during the event. The only way to sustain the distance is to EAT. Going to gain some FAT along the way!
From Scott Molina, legendary triathlete: "When you feel good, eat." (Translation: When you feel good during the race don’t hammer; rather, take advantage of this time to get more fuel onboard.)
Another thought from Ryan Bolton, winner of Ironman USA: “When your attitude about the race changes, take in some fuel.” (Translation: Feeling sorry for yourself or angry at the wind (or whatever) is potentially a sign of low blood sugar. Eat.)
