Last bike

I was lazy, hehe. Overslept as well! Nevertheless still managed to bike out from ECP F2 at 5:20am.

The intend is to do 50km this morning as i wind down. Due to some road work along Coastal road decide to do 1 loop and head over to B1(Ford Road) and see some running. It is nice to see runners going through their final touches.

I did go slightly faster than normal. More like race pace that i did for the 2 sets of HIM. It was nice to be on the road once again in the early morning.

There isn't much runners on the road in ECP compare to yesterday. Did saw some a large group of gathering at B1, which i believe is the training run organise by Ghana(Strait times).

Reach back F2 in 1:47hr according to my watch. Speedometer reads distance: 42.38km, Average: 23.6km/hr, Max: 29.6km/hr. Bike time same as watch time as it is a breeze(first time) throughout the journey.

Saw the 2 Docs arriving at F2. They are out doing their bike as well. Shall see you both at IMWA.

A good bike this morning. Time to pack up.
