Lull
Can feel the muscle are tight on the arms and thighs. Is it because of the weights yesterday? Still don't feel like i am back to my normal self after Busselton. Sigh.
Hyperventilate? Did i get it in the water? I know i do experience it a few times before, don't actually know what trigger it within me. Hopefully nothing serious when it happens(if it happen)!
I read on the news last week or it is longer than that on the requirement to have medical checkup being make compulsory in order to take part in local event. If that happens, i might have to be limited to oversea event. :(
Water is cold, as expected, even though it didn't rain this morning. I enjoy the cold water. :p
Trying hard to practise the stroke. I think this is the way for me going forward. Practise on the strokes more often during the swim. Alas that means i am going to swim lessen distance :(
Going to need some time adjusting to the requirement. Swim will be in a lull period for the next couple of months, best time to go back to basic and start learning.
First 2km is pretty ok. Last 500 meters, push up the pace and have a shiok swim in the end. 1:03hr for the effort.
When your body feel that you are going to get injure, the body will automatic try to limit the movement and curb the injure. That is what is happening on my right feet at this moment. Sigh.
Wanted to go for a run, but right feet is giving me the creep! Not to take the risk, head for the gym. 2nd time in the gym! It is nice to see someone familiar and chat along. A good SPIN. Enjoy it. So much better than the last session! Thanks for the chocolate. Make me pui! :( psst: It doesn't mean i just complete an IM and i don't get fat!
