It is good to be back. Rain persist throughout the night, it must be cold this morning in the pool.
No matter what the weather, i do head for the pool this morning.
My shoulder(back) is aching. I do not know why. Position not right for a long period? On the car? plane? Nevertheless, swim is just the kind of workout to soothe the soreness.
It was cold in the water this morning, but somehow i feel very comfortable. Most probably i just arrived from a cold place, therefore the water is somewhat being kind to me.
It was a good swim. Completed at least 2km, because i lost count in the middle. :p The swim provide me an quiet window to reflect on what are on hands. 59 mins for the effort to massage my aching shins. The rest of the body seems fine during the swim. Left foot(bottom) seem overstretch, walking with a slight limp out of the pool.. :(

Is there a 2nd round of DOM?
Shin hurts, back ache. bottom of both foots sng! I do not know what happen, but it seems a 2nd round of DOM have arrived! Walking with a limp!

Head over to the gym in the evening. Intend to take part in a SPIN class. Alas fully booked! I couldn't believe the class is that "hot"! I was 15mins before the class start though.
No choice, DIY. Hop onto a bike, put on hilly terrain and ride it out for 60 mins. A good cycle to give the muscles some workout.
