Woke up and head for the pool as usual. Just before i turn into the carpark, i make a U-turn and head to office. I need a break.
Meet up with J for Breakfast instead. :p
A late night yesterday and don't feel like doing anything. Ok, the weight indicates 2kg more than prior to last weekend. So?

Decide to skip the evening workout as well. It is rest day. :p
Today is exactly 2 years anniversary for CBD runs. What have happen to me during the past 1 year? I still wonder why i become a "trainer"? Hahaha.....*shake head*
