New Year Run

First day of 2008 and we are off for a run in the morning.



There are quite a few person turn up today. Lazy to name them, so picture speak for itself, minus the photographer, Sxuanjing and tigger.



Body feel okay this morning. Legs are pretty fine, pace is okay. I take quite a few pit stops taking photos and follow the sweeper behind. Hehe...slack ? Don't like that lah...it is festive season!


It was a good run, chit chat and nice accompany with some of the folks. I enjoy the morning run. :)


Head for a nice breakfast and i GET to feed someone after reminded numerous time to "FEED ME". *faint*
