Bike Out
I am suppose to do a long bike this morning. I need to do this alone. Certain journey, i have to do this on my own.
I need to be strong to get things started. I failed. I couldn't understand what happen to myself for being so weak. Just not like ME!
I was utterly disappointed for myself. Time is running out and i still procrastinate in my bike training. Very bad of me!
Have to go back to office for work in the morning. Not a good day isn't it?
After the miss workout in the morning, i decide to do a make up session in the gym. I guess it is better than nothing.
4 set of 60 mins on the bike in the afternoon. In between 1-2 mins break doing stretches and reflling the water bottle.
HR is about 115-123 throughout the session. Pretty low. I just take it easy and cruise through.
At least i did the hours on the bike, hopefully this will push me for longer ride in the future.
