When body keep showing sign of "weakness", i am sure it means something...
Water was warm. The first stroke, i am choke! Bad omen.
Experience tightness in the groin area, breathing isn't smooth...soon the back start to ache. Damn.
It could be the weight session yesterday. The only workout i have yesterday! Damn.
Have to tong the minimum that is 2km..finished in 53mins. Damn.
It was a hot day. Suddenly it rains cat and dog. Freak, i would say.
Head for the gym in the evening for 90mins of bike. It was a good cycle. After that have a 12 mins run. A good short brick...to keep the body warm up nicely.
