I'm Back

There is always the first time. First time i heard to the gym as per normal working days timing.

Since is a non-working day, i decide to do a sort of test water recovery bike. At least in the gym, i can choose when to stop when the going get tough.

Decide to try out 60mins this morning. Not too tough, doable lah.

Keep HR around 120bpms most of the time, maybe last 10mins or so push up to 135bmps(max). Feeling ok as a whole.

I think the recovery is pretty good, time to do some running and see how i feel.
