Is It Worth It?
Waking up, heading for gym to workout before starting a day work. Is that what life is about?
Waking up, take a bite of breakfast and head for work. Is that what life is about?
Despite the workout, fitness are dropping. What can i say? Maybe it is a super long burnout period...:(
A 50mins workout this morning to start a day. What so special about today? Let see, there is a new gym goer ladies that was beside me on the cross trainer. She is wearing a long baggy skirt and striding along...i was like har....:) She was bored and try to shut her eyes to catch some winks while on the "move".
The wind was pretty strong on the road from gym to office. Didn't get any rains when i reach office though.
I was fortunate to have ws to join me for a run in the evening. It has been a super long time since we ran together. Did we ever ran together before? I couldn't recall, but i did remember we ran as a group in pre or is it post CNY at MF a couple of years back. She was very strong then.
We did a slow jog/walk, chit chat from ECP F2 to coastal route fire station and back. 16km in 2:12hr(run time). Super slow. At the end of the run, i was abit tired. Sigh.
Ws continue her run after that to complete her 30km, whereas i choose to rest and call it a day.
It seems the situation is getting from bad to worst. Very bad. :(
