It rains. Well...it went from wet floor, to drizzle to downpour to drizzle again. As usual head for the pool, despite the wet weather along the way towards there.

Rain was stopped when i step into the pool. Water is warm compare to the outside temperature. Sigh. What choice do i have?

Start off feeling rather stifling. Maybe it is the weather. Decide to go for minimum distance today as i am pretty late. Put in decent effort. 51min. I think i count wrongly again, or maybe i have put in more effort that i am aware of. :)

Today is Too-Babe birthday. There was a small celebration for her at CBD run this evening.

We started off abit late this evening due to someone forget to bring his short. Last minute have to take a super duper big short(from someone) to run with. Hehe..:)

Started the run slowly and put in a good effort as the engine warm up. I was slightly chuan. I think HR is 150+. Quite ok given the short distance. By the way it is suppose to be tempo run.

Fortunately quite a few traffic lights pause that give me opportunity to rest. Hehe...slack...

After the run, we lim(ing), eat and enjoy the chit chat. Thanks guys/gers for a good evening.
