Building Up
5 sets of circuits and i am pretty stress out. Guess i need to slowly built up the confidence on the freestyle again.
Complete the rest of the 7.5 sets feeling okay. Right groin area abit tight, but shouldn't be a problem.
The watch didn't start. Sigh...so the time on the clock read 7:49am when i finished. I think i am puncture for the swim. A decent effort.
I realise that 2km swim is actually not shiok enough...2.5km just nice...:)

The traffic was bad, i reached CBD on the dot! Sometime this kind of thing cannot be predicted.
MF + 2 rounds is the menu this evening. Started off at steady pace towards MF. Went up MF, still feeling okay. 2 loops wise, pretty winded..still can tong. Didn't stop and proceed to run down.
As i came down, feel the right ankle abit of stress. Sigh...slow down and eventually walk abit. On the way back, feel abit tired. Abit chuan, should be okay leh, but somehow decide to walk here and there. I can't understand why. Have to slow down and take it slowly.
13.5km in 1:27hr(with all walks break). Ok lah..slowing building up. :)
