Wings.....
The dark side try to persuade me to skip the swim this morning again. It didn't succeed.
The groin area and wings(arms) are hurting, for the first few laps. It took a while to get use to the pain.
A relax breast stroke swim...2k..i think in 56mins. Intervals this evening, must rest a bit.
Wasn't feeling that bad. At least the body feel okay during the run this evening.
It was super crowded this evening and couldn't do a proper intervals. Nevertheless do manage to squeeze in 5 sets of 400 meters with 1 loop of resting. Total, around 8km.
Head for the cheng tng this evening. It still don't find anything special about the food though.
