warming up
This weekend is openwater event. Today "tapering" swim, okay slacking swim.
2km effort, i think so, maybe miss a lap..haha...56mins. Decent effort.
Both shoulders abit aching, most probably due to the weights yesterday. Ok lah, just need to do some warming up for this weekend event.
It was a small turnout this evening at CBD. Have a good chat with S early the run. Try to control my pace and run smoothly. Pretty good today i think,
Reach the stair case climbing, after 2 rounds decide to call it a day. I am just too thirsty and abit chuan.
Another chit chat session after the run. Cool.
