Stuff

Stuff nose. What to do? Just jump in and head off. Uncomfortable swim. Have to calm down and slowly push forward.

First 1km was struggling to keep going, with stuff/running nose. 2nd km, the legs are sinking and pace was slow to a crawl! Damn....

Stop at 2km, 54mins later. Maintenance mode.
